Sherin Daniel

Back in January 2014, my 18 year old daughter was charged and arrested for a class II felony, burglary of a habitat. My wife and I were traumatized! I knew that if she had a felony on her record, it would follow her around for the rest of her life. So I began interviewing attorneys trying to find so...meone that would put in the hard work and had my daughter's best interest at heart. I interviewed a dozen other attorneys and all of the gave me the same "song and dance" regarding their approach to the case and what their target outcome would be. You see, she was charged along with several other 18 year old kids. All of them had been out fishing in the Galveston bay one night, and were near a house that appeared to be abandoned. The windows were broken out, the door was broken, it had no electricity, etc... She allowed her friends to influence her to go in and look around. This house was not abandoned however. It was not lived in, but the owner who lives in Houston used it as a fishing house on occasion. Our court battle lasted nearly 10 months and Sherin and Steve were able to get my daughter's charged reduced to a misdemeanor. This was amazing considering the evidence they had against her, and also considering the fact that the other kids had all already received felony probation. My daughter was the only one in the group that got a reduced sentence. This was solely because of the hard work and effort of Sherin and Steve. Our family will forever be grateful for what they did for us and I will recommend them to whoever needs help. Sherin was always available for answer my calls or emails and she was the most helpful, patient person ever. What they did was save our daughter's future! My daughter is now continuing her college education and will now be able to obtain employment that will allow her to one day support herself and begin her own family one day. I can say that Ms. Sherin Daniel is one of the best lawyer and great human being. We had an unfortunate incidence. My brother in law was wrongfully abused of theft. They are not just attorneys, they are greatest human beings. They really care about you. Me and family call them our angels. We strongly feel that God guided us toward them. There were many times, when we felt that there was no body to help us and every thing looked dark BUT Ms. Daniel was always optimistic. We had her shoulder. She answered our calls regardless it was weekend or shes out of town. When you hire her, you are not working with receptionist or voice mail. She directly works with her client. She gives 100% attention to you and to your case. She answered our repeated stupid questions. She did not tell us that stop sending me multiple emails. She never said that do not tell me how to do my job. She showed respect
