also known as Houston Drug, Charges Lawyer
I run and operate The Law Practice of Shamim Ebrahimi ("LPSE"), my Houston-based Criminal Defense Firm. Fundamentally, my practice is dedicated to helping make better the lives of individuals facing criminal charges. I use my knowledge and skills to fight to ensure that neither the police nor the prosecution deprive individuals of their legal rights.
My life-goal has been to help people redeem themselves. Looking back on my life, I have been blessed with the opportunity to learn from my mistakes and the mistakes of others. I have also been blessed with meeting some exceptionally great people who have influenced me for the better. However, relatively speaking, not everyone is as fortunate as his or her neighbor, but this does not mean we should turn our backs. Rather, it is my humble opinion that we should do our part help our neighbors. Whether a neighbor is fortunate or less fortunate does not change the fact that that person is nonetheless our neighbor.

I hired Shamim in November to help me with my case of domestic violence. He was able to get my case dismissed and I will now be hiring him to clear this off my record. He is very flexible, and available throughout the week. He answered all my questions honestly and always stayed ahead of everything....

I thought my arrest record would clear once my case was dismissed, but that's not the case. I learned that you have to file paperwork to clear your criminal record. After calling a handful of Houston expunction lawyers and learning the average cost of an expunction in Houston is about $1200, it was...

Finding Shamim was like fate. An appointed attorney put me on deferred for my theft charge. I was afraid of the system and all the conditions that came along with deferred like checking in, UAs and taking the classes and courses, and so I never went back after leaving the pre-trial department. I fini...

I researched a lot of Houston criminal defense lawyers. Shamim was the only one who talked to me personally from beginning to end. It didn't bother him that ask a lot of questions, and he walked me through my marijuana charge from beginning to end. He was really fair with his pricing and even offered...

Other attorneys either quoted me a really high price or didn’t make feel comfortable, but not Shamim. He helped me out big time, for a fair price, and let me pay in installments. It was cool because a lot of court people knew him by his first name. From the get go, he listened and informed. The polic...

"I attended the Texas Trial Lawyer's College with Shamim. We were in the same group the entire week and I was consistently impressed with his knowledge, demeanor, and passion. Since then, Shamim and I have consulted with one another one cases. The most impressive thing about Shamim is that he truly cares about his cases and he's willing to look at them from every angle for the benefit of his clients. He leaves no stone unturned, and that's precisely what it takes to be a good defense attorney. There's no question he is a rising rock star in the criminal defense bar and I have no hesitation giving him my full endorsement. Shamim is on the right path. Remember his name, because he's going to be a powerhouse!"

DISMISSED. After wrangling with the State for nearly three weeks as my client sat in jail, we finally got the outcome we were fighting for.
DISMISSED. Passenger hired a different attorney and took a guilty plea. Client's previous attorney wanted to plea him out. Client was referred to me, and then justice was served.
