Divorce, CPS, kidnapping
I had a very complex case that could be adapted into a Lifetime movie. Mr. Marsh and his staff were compassionate, relentless, and kept me informed every step of the way.

Compassionate, Proffesional and Rare Lawyer
While residing in another state, I was looking for a divorce attorney in Texas and I must admit, it was not an easy task. After searching and researching, I randomly chose Mr. Richard Marsh Jr and I hit a jackpot! Excellent Personal Injury Attorney
In January of 2011 I had an auto accident and was knocked unconscious at the time of the accident. I woke up in the hospital not knowing I was in an accident. I immediately contact Rick Marsh to handle my case. Because I was unconscious the hospital ran up the bill rather high. I also had a considerable doctor bill after leaving the hospital as well. Rick was able to negotiate with the hospital, insurance company and my doctor to get them to take a settlement and I walked away with cash in my pocket as well. I highly recommend Rick Marsh. He also practices criminal and family law, of which several of my friends also had very great outcomes from being represented by Rick Marsh. This is the go to attorney in Houston. He really cares about his clients! And he's a really nice guy too!

Avoid this guy
This guy doesn’t deserve one star. To make a long story short I hired this guy to provide me with legal representation. He failed to provide the services that I paid for, and outright lied to me on multiple occussions. Before my case was over I fired him and hired a real attorney who eventually won my case. Do yourself a favor and avoid this guy, you’d probably be better off taking your chances with a public defender.
