Representation with quality and professionalism

Nicole resolved my divorce for me with results that left the opposing side upset about their outcome. I appreciate her resilience to attain positive results for me and hearing my concerns fully. Nicole was very flexible with her time and did not hesitate to update me with any thing that came about in... my case. Highly recommended

I used attorney Stagg for Estate Planning services. From the minute I called to schedule a consultation until I got my documents executed, the service of this firm was exceptional. I received a form to fill out and send back prior to my consultation. I was given several choices for methods of consult...ation: in-person, over the phone or zoom. During my consultation, attorney Stagg took her time to explain the process. Attorney Stagg drafted the documents in less than a week (POA, Medical POA Will, Living Will, Trust...). Communication was never a problem. She has an amazing staff that supports you immediately with any query. Highly Recommended Law Firm!

Great billing. Nothing else can be expected

Very expensive, difficult to talk too after she is hired. Bills are sent very promptly, You will be charged for the reception even if she sent you the wrong date. and would charge again to tell you the correct date. I wanted some changes on my divorce agreement, just could not get thru to her. Re...ception tells me Lawyer is busy send E-mail. Unfortunately lawyer does not understand and sends some other clarifications to E-mail. Ultimately found it easier to work thru the Ex's lawyer who charged 1/5th the Stagg.

Does not care about her clients

My experience with this lawyer was terrible. I was seeking a divorce from my ex, a protection order was in place against my ex due to physical abuse. I was in an extremely delicate state and this lawyer was not compassionate. She did not care about me nor my circumstances. I had to contact her for... progress and to keep the momentum. She kept forgetting that the restraining order was in place and asking me to contact my ex. The documentation presented to me would always contain many mistakes, as bad as my kids' name being missing in certain paragraphs. Also, she did not fight for me, she did not care. I was just a number, and this was just a cookie-cutter process for her. I truly regret utilizing her services. None of the documentation was explained to me. She, my ex's lawyer and the mediator, that was utilized, were all in cahoots. I felt that I was pressured to agree to certain stipulations that I should not have agreed to. I am worse off than I was before the divorce.
