Moira Cooper

Moira Rankin Cooper is a native Houstonian who has been practicing law for over 27 years. She received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M and her law degree at Texas Southern University. After graduating from law school, she served as a federal judicial law clerk to the Honorable Melinda Harmon in the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas.

In 1991, Moira shifted to private practice where she handled various legal issues and accepted court appointments for criminal, family, and juvenile matters. Her current areas of legal specialty include corporation and LLC formation, trademark maintenance and defense, family law, probate, estate planning, and real estate.

Moira approaches her clients with empathy and a can-do attitude. She is a driven-problem solver and motivated to bring her cases to a firm and final resolution.

In her free time, Moira enjoys looking at art, spending time with horses, attending to her Koi fish, and spending time with her family.
