I am grateful and extremely satisfied with Michelle handling my case. She answered all of my questions and kept me aware of how my case was going. I felt comfortable to have her as my attorney and knew that my case was in good hands. I can't ever thank her enough and will definitely recommend to anyo...ne who is in need of an excellent attorney.

Good Fathers do have a chance in court

My exwife and I have 3 kids together and I have had physical custody of my 2 oldest, 1 since 2012(15yrs old then) and the 2nd since 2015(14yrs old then). Both kids on a verbal agreement between my ex and I. I continued to pay child support for my youngest as she was the only one going back and forth ...as agreed to in our divorce decree from 2007. I thought eventually all 3 kids would end up with me without going through the court system as all 3 kids would rather live in my home because of the more stable invironment. I was wrong, my ex decided to file for an increase in child support in May of 2016. At that point I realized I would have no option but to go through the court system. I did some research and read through several attorney profiles before I came across Michelle, other clients positive comments were spot on. I made the best choice in hiring Michelle, she not only walked me and my family through the process but made things so much easier to deal with. She was always a step ahead of opposing councel and in the court room was quick on her feet through several hearings and at trial. She will not back down from a fight for whats right. She took the time to explain every process and what I should expect. She provided different options in handling my case and made very professional suggestions for me to think about before making decisions on how to proceed with different issues. Ultimately, the court ruled in my favor and I now have legal custody of my kids. My family is very thankful to Michelle for the outcome of my case. I would not hesitate to seek Michelle in handling any further issues, hoping I wont have any but if I do, I will be hiring Michelle again. If you need someone that will fight for all your rights and find a way to help you in your cituation, hire Michelle LeBlanc. I was skeptical going in being a father as Ive always heard Texas is a mother state. But in my cituation, It all worked out the right way and the fair way.. you cant go wrong with Michelle....

One word......"Passionate"

So if I could sum up the law offices of Michelle Leblanc in one word that one word would be “Passionate”. During my separation/divorce, I was wanted to keep things fair and equal during the overall process. I reached out to a couple of friends & co-works that I knew and ask for a couple of referral...s that I could speak with and see if they were the right fit for me and my demeanor. Now to represent me and my case there were something that a law office needed to know that were very important to me… 1) I love my kids and would give up the world for them. 2) I would need to be friends with me soon to be ex after this process was completed and 3) most importantly I needed things to be “fair and equal” once everything was said in done. After speaking with a few groups/law firms I quickly understood that this wasn’t about my concerns at all but how their win total and overall cost was being achieved until I meet with Michelle. Now by the time I actually meet with Michelle I had had enough of this whole process and had given up hope here that I would find someone a law firm that had some integrity, morals or at least some standards that could handle my case with the “Compassion” it needed but with the “Passion” to know that in the end I need this to be “fair and equal”…and Michelle did just that. Throughout the whole process Michelle would remind me that (Wesley, you have to live after this… you have to rebuild and have something to rebuild with…. And if you give it all way, what would you have to give to other… and most importantly to yourself…). Those words never rang out truer than during the preceding and the days before & during negotiations between my ex and her legal team. Behind the all of the traps, shenanigans, tom foolery and any other word you would like to use, Michelle and her team were “Passionate” to do the following activities… • Passionate to be ...Diligent in the pursuit for being fair and equal… even when the other side is not. • Passionate to be… Transparent, to layout the good, the bad, & the ugly but be willing to discuss them all in detail. • Passionate to be…Relentless, in her desire to provide me all the necessary information to make a direct, clear & precise decision on how to navigate during these troubling times to see a brighter future not only for my children…. But for me as well. In all Michelle has been a focal point in my life. She has provided me the ability to separate amicably from my ex spouse and also the chance to start over again and to keep the 3 top things on my list and ensure that those were obtained…..1) To love my kids and give up the world for them. 2) Allow me to be friends with me soon to be ex after this process was completed and 3) most importantly to needed things to be “fair and equal”. The Law Offices of Michelle LeBlanc achieved these points and so much more. I am indebted to you and your wonderful legal services and recommend you and what you do for so many others. Take care. Regards, Wesley

Best Atty experience ever!!!!!

My mother was contacted by a lady who purchased property from my mother's stepmother who owner financed. The Seller my mother's stepmother passed away before buyer sought to obtain release. The buyer waited almost 5 years after death of Seller before attempting to obtain a release on her property. ... When she searched for Seller she found Seller had passed away and found that my mother was the only living heir. Buyer called wanting my mother to sign release for the property which she had purchased from Seller, my mother's stepmother.. I told buyer my mother would not sign anything. We received lawsuit papers eventually from buyer trying to force my mother to sign. That is when we sought the help and counsel of Mrs. LeBlanc who made the process so comforting and assured us that this was a frivolous lawsuit and there was nothing to worry about. She put our minds at ease and handled everything eventually getting the case dismissed. We feel that we received excellent representation and dedication from Mrs. Le Blanc and were very impressed with her professionalism. We would definitely hire Mrs. Leblanc again as well as highly recommend her to anyone seeking legal counsel. Sincerely, Gerry .

Best ever!

I've used Michelle twice now, once for my divorce and once for a modification. She was great, very informative and helpful. She prepped me for trial and made sure I felt confident. I've also referred Michelle's services to many. The ones who have also used her have also said how wonderful she was. Th...anks again Michelle!

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I endorse this lawyer. I have known and worked with Michelle for over 18 years and have referred many cases to her over the years. Actually, she is the only attorney I refer to in the Family Law area. As a Board Certified Specialist since 1989 and a Family attorney since 1972, I try very hard to refer potential clients to a safe, excellent place when I cannot be the attorney. I refer only to Michelle because she is diligent, intelligent, zealous in protection of her client's rights and very compassionate. I believe it is good for the profession to refer to competent attorneys because it is my reputation on the line with any referral I make. Michelle is the only family attorney I trust with my reputation because I know she will properly handle the case. I know this due to the fact that we have worked together on a number of cases at the beginning of her career and through the years."
