This is my 2nd time to use Michelle. Originally, I hired her to get a midpoint child exchange and floating weekends that I could designate each month to suit my work schedule. This time, I hired her to flip custody as the children had been left with me. She was strategic in doing the custody flip b...y temporary orders with no child support and then Getting the custody flip to be permanent with a slight discount to child support. I never had to go to Court. Paperwork was submitted for my court hearing instead, to save money. The process was very easy and affordable. I highly recommend Michelle.

highly recommend Michelle LeBlanc to anyone going through a divorce or child custody case. From day one, Michelle was incredibly sharp and confident in the court room. She demonstrated extensive knowledge of each step of the legal process with a plan and strategy in mind from the start, but what stoo...d out most was how she handled herself under pressure. She secured exactly what I wanted regarding visitation with my 9 month old and 2 year old, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. In terms of communication, Michelle is the most punctual lawyer I've ever worked with. She never left me waiting for an answer and kept me updated every step of the way. She also always worked with a plan a, plan b, and plan c. My ex had no exhibits at trial because they failed to meet deadlines. This is my 3rd time to use Michelle. She is awesome!!! Recently, I was laid off and I had to hire Michelle to obtain an immediate modification. Michelle filed our request within 24 hours and aggressively sought the needed modification. In the end, we settled at mediation and Michelle submitted all... the paperwork without me having to go to Court. I had a lot of other “moving parts” that I needed to discuss with her as tangents that could affect the case, she was always prompt to return calls and emails same day, usually within the hour. She worked my case lightning fast, was aggressive, as usual, and very affordable. I highly recommend Michelle. Not only is Michelle accessible and aggressive in representing me and all of her clients, but she has become a good friend to me over the years, checking in on my family through the recent loss of my father and subsequent health issues with my mother. I hired Michelle to get orders for child support and visitation. Originally, when she first came on we made a strategic plan on requesting documents from him and sending him a questionnaire and a strategic plan regarding his absenteeism. In the beginning of the case, the father was extremely dis...respectful towards me and Michelle refusing to give his financial documentation for child support calculation. Michelle got the Court to sanction him $1,200.00. That changed his tune, and he provided the bank statements so that we can ascertain the correct amount of child support. In the end, our case settled at mediation on the terms that I wanted for shorter visitation times during the school year and shorter summer visits due to our child’s special needs. I was very happy with the resulting agreement, which saved me time and money, that I did not have to otherwise spend going to Court. She was also very easy to communicate with and answered all my emails or phone calls on the same day.

I hired Michelle to address multiple problems I was having with my ex. I didn’t even know the city and state he was living in. Michelle helped locate him and subpoena his work records. My child support almost tripled, and he was ordered to provide health insurance for the first time. I alone wa...s authorized to control our daughter’s passport and travel back home internationally without his consent. Additionally, she guided me in how to obtain certified records from several counties which was instrumental in obtaining supervised visitation for our daughter. Also, the dramatic court ordered changes put a stop to the games he used to play forcing me to send family members to meet him at random cities for return of our daughter. She has helped me bring peace and stability back to my daughter. I highly recommend her.
