Case dismissed!!

Meredith Lindsay is a pitbull lawyer who was UNRELENTING when it came to getting my case dismissed..She sent the prosecuter numerous emails and showed up in my court to talk to the prosecuter on days that weren't even official court days..The result was this..Not only was my case dismissed ,but she g...ot my felony dismissed without me even being there..Off docket dismissal! I recommend Meredith over any other lawyer because of her passion and genuine concern for my case, myself and my family..

Case Dismissed!

I had a different lawyer fighting my case "Prostitution Nonpublic Pay Fee". I initially hired different lawyer, He was sloppy and never felt me comfortable to fight my case and get it dismissed! He used the analogy of walking in the Queue to get out of the Queue! Basically, he had no desire to think... outside the box and defend my case aggressively. I decided to move my case to Shellist and I am glad I did that. Meredith did an excellent job with my case. It got dismissed without going in Trial and she will take care of expunction of records as well. Meredith made sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing with my case and kept me in the loop. She was also very professional and kind to me. I highly recommend her to fight any criminal case. She is an energetic, smart and fantastic lawyer. She won't judge you! She will fight for you!

Very professional and super attentive to my needs as a client. Was able to protect me from the systems pitfalls that plague people being in trouble with the law. Would definitely hire again should the need arise though I hope it does not.

Great Lawyer!

I hired Meredith Morse a little over a year ago and she is by far the best lawyer I could have asked for. She is a very professional and friendly woman. She takes her time to make sure I understand the steps throughout the process of every case I have had. Not only has she helped me resolve my crimin...al charges but she has also helped me in being successful obtaining a job despite having to go through background checks. She has helped me with 3 drug charges, 1 felony theft case, 1 DWI. Four of my cases were dismissed. I pleaded guilty to the DWI and got probation even with a deferred felony.

Compassionate Brilliance

Several months ago in the middle of my everyday life, an intrusion took place that rocked me to my core. I was falsely accused and arrested for a horrible felony that was based on lies. My life went from an innocent shopping trip to being handcuffed, arrested and deposited in the Harris County Jail.... I was in shock and could not believe this was happening to me. After being released on bond, I quickly began to research attorneys, desperate to find the most qualified. How was I to know how to qualify the right choice? I never needed an attorney before. There were so many and I was in a panic. I found this website and began to review the attorneys listed. I read several reviews and prayed for God's guidance. It was then that I came across Mr. Shellist. I contacted him for a consultation and he quickly brought me in to discuss my situation. In addition to Mr. Shellist, I was also counseled by Meredith Morse, an associate of Mr. Shellist. She is a positive, energy-filled professional, with incredible understanding of the law. She stayed with me every step of the way and demonstrated a keen ability to communicate everything in uncomplicated lay-terms. She is devoted to her clients and to justice. I am thankful for her tireless work on my behalf.
