Lorie Marie Robinson

I had almost the same experience with Ms. Robinson as the previous reviewer. I hired Lorie to help me with my very difficult contested divorce. She is pretty much the most impersonal, disconnected, and unpunctual professional I've had the displeasure of working with in my two decades of working in ...the corporate world. She did do a fantastic job on short notice while cross examining my ex at trial. That was about the extent of the positive. She helped me get into a divorce settlement agreement that that is entirely unenforceable and allowed my ex to engage in about 15 month of child alienation. I'd hope for better advice from a layer that charges $650 an hour. She let items sit for weeks and months at a time, making progress in the case essentially impossible. Of course, she's great at deflecting the blame for the delays right back at you. She takes weeks to respond to items but still has time to send out informative brochures to all her clients that detail legal strategies and highlight the success of her firm. Actually, I haven't ever been dress down by an individual so bad for a perceived misstep in communication since my military career. All in all, Ms. Robinson was a gigantic sink of time and emotional energy and an absolute money burning machine. I made the unusual move to fire her extremely late in the divorce process after allowing her to bleed me for money for about 15 months. I'm much happier with my new attorney that actually seems to be on my side and an advocate for me.

Lorie was very impersonable. Truly it didnt seem she devoted enough time to my case because of the fee I paid. I would email Lorie about various concerns regarding divorce and I wouldnt hear from her for up to a month. The opposing would send documentation regarding case and it would take her almo...st two months to even relay the information to me. Also a lot of legal issues were not discussed with me that probably would have gotten me sole custody of my childres had they been addressed. I also gave her a parting gift and I am still yet to even hear a thank you.
