I had a very disappointing experience working with Lena Hinton. From the start, communication was a major issue. I constantly had to follow up with emails and phone calls just to get basic updates on my case. I was often told the attorney was “busy,” yet it never felt like my case was a priority, esp...ecially after I had already paid in full months in advance. I felt completely left in the dark throughout the process. I spoke with the lawyer once in person for the entire case, and I wasn’t even informed of the final outcome; I had to find that out myself from the court. Overall, the lack of engagement, communication, and professionalism made this a very frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for legal representation.
