Laine Lindsey is not a cheap lawyer (although his prices have gone down), but you get what you pay for. Laine Lindsey is an extremely sharp-looking, charming, soft-spoken, but sophisticated gentleman who has 20+ years of experience. His demeanor is so polite & cool, that he often makes DA’s feel co...mfortable. He usually goes at the root of basic citizen rights law to protect his clients. He would meet me in person outside, or inside the court house. He treated me as if I were another defense lawyer. One case of mine was like nothing I’ve experienced before. Laine Lindsey got viciously red-faced with DA’s in pointing out on paper how a jury would likely uphold his client’s plea. This trustworthy Attorney also does not judge any of your defects of character. He’s there to protect you, and sees the good in you. He is hands down the best out of 8 Attorney's that represented me over a lifetime. He got Two 1st Degree Felony cases (5 to 99 years) dismissed, where there was 4-200 grams of cocaine (9 to be exact), 4 grams of Methamphetamine, and the highest amount of powdered special-K Ketamine ever seized in the U.S.A (at the time) ALL CONFISCATED by police at my residence. Laine Lindsey is a law abiding citizen, and is highly knowledgeable of Texas Laws, and he also doesn’t usually ever have anything good to say about police, either. He talks with sophistication, as you will gather from speaking to him. It’s because he knows citizen rights, and is highly bias towards citizen’s rights in your representation. He is NOTHING of a backstabber. Once he visited me in jail as a visitor, as if I were a family member. In my last case, where I was in jail for 2 months with no possibility of bond for Two 2nd Degree Felonies (2 to 20 years), I wanted to get out into the free-world to just end my immediate jail-pain. At the settings through the glass window, he had to show me what the DA was offering, and he PASSIONATELY showed me NOT to sign. I foolishly went forcefully against him that time, just to get out of my immediate jail-suffering (not having sex w/ my girlfriends equalled cruel punishment). I know he would have beaten the case if would have listened to him, and stayed in there for about a month more. I ended up signing a 5-year probation sentence to have my way then, but he then got me an early termination after doing just 18 months of that 5-year probation sentence. I’ll never forget it. He did that filing on my request of phoning him 18 months later, and he did it immediately within 2-days of notice, and at no extra charge.
