Based on my experience with DASPIT LAW FIRM, they should be both embarrassed and ashamed of their incompetence. For a firm that claims to be client-focused, their lack of basic communication, transparency, and professionalism was astonishing. No one notified me my original attorney left; I only ...learned this after chasing them for answers. Despite disregarding me for months, they had no problem taking more than half my settlement. I went through every proper channel-CAAP, the State Bar of Texas, and the Board of Disciplinary Appeals-only to have my thoroughly documented grievance dismissed as an "inquiry." Evidently, that's what passes for accountability in this system. If you expect even the minimum level of competence or respect from your legal counsel, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

I’ve looked over these reviews and I have to wonder well…what is wrong with my case? This law firm settled last year in 2024, afterwords there were no more updates, I feel like I’ve been chasing down the attorney”s working on my case and now I’m done with wanting them to treat me with respect, I’m d...one with chasing down I’m done with all the excuses, trying to reach out to the attorneys trying to get an update. I’m very very disappointed and I feel taken advantaged of, I’m at the point now where I realize they are not trying to pay me, or communicate with me. I’m just going to file a formal grievance with the state bar.

Any good reviews your see on this firm I can promise you are fake. If your make the mistake I did and get talked into letting them take your case I'm sorry. Don't plan anything with the money if you're expecting a good amount. If the w e d up with 20% of anything your case settles at you're lucky . T...hey take 58% even though they say they take 32 or 35% but then you gotta add all the made up experiences t after the 58% .

It took them a year and a half just to settle 27,500 on an insurance claim high turnover rate and attorneys. I only walked away with like $8000. they walked away with 12,100 they even go...t more money than the medical people I had to pay court cost out of the settlement instead of them making the insurance company pay their court cost. They don’t care about their client. They only care about making their pockets fit Cole McLain was my attorney then I had Cameron torres. He was just as terrible then Jared caps was even worse. These people are a complete joke.
