Best lawyer

Best lawyer I ever dealt with. Informed me every step of the way of what was happening. Very professional guy and got a me a great settlement in my auto accident case. Definitely will recommend if you get in a auto accident.

Knowledgeable and experienced and kind

I contacted Mr. Leeds looking for legal guidance and assistance with a contract dispute with my former company! I was looking to terminate my employment with a company after 4 years of employment! No work place drama, had a successful tenure However ,I need a change and was looking for better work- l...ife balance. My employer threaten me with legal action even though I had fully completed and exceeded all my contractual obligations. Being legally threaten by a big company is very scary and stressful! I contacted Mr. Leeds and he talk with me….. truly listening to all my concerns. We spent time reviewing my contract and He reassured me that he could help. Immediately after my consultation I felt relieved , as if a burden was taken off my shoulders. Mr. Leeds drafted a demand letter on my behalf! He took care of the entire process and keep me updated throughout. Within days of receiving the letter the “big company “ contacted me to inform me that I was free to end my employment with no fear or penalties. He was so good….. 2 years later my former manager contacted requesting his information for his own employment law dispute! I highly recommend this firm, you are in good hands! Trust the process and be confident that he and the firm are great at what they do, more importantly they are kind, they listen and care about their clients!

Legal shield referral and / OFCCP approval to seek an attorney.

My 1st time calling this firm the guy name Sean (my apologies if I spelled your name wrong ) but omg he was a bit Curt it’s sad . I don’t understand legal shield they referred me but the way he answered the phone was as if I was calling his home, and like I knew him. Dear Heart I’m a honorable dis...abled Veteran was looking for some help from OFCCP and DOJ / EEOC a very serious matter — you said you don’t take cases but you didn’t even listen nor took the ID number associated with the legal Shield Case maybe they should delete your services. That scary , he was rude so I hung up and called back because I couldn’t believe it like is this a law firm for real laughing but for real really—his response was like a just because they referred you doesn’t mean we have to take you. Well Sean Thank you baby cause you saved me some coins$$$$$ my feelings was a bit hurt but imma be ok. Yikes shocked…

First, I would like to point out that this is a potential client. This review is not from an actual client. I had an initial free phone consultation with this individual. She informed me that she had a constructive discharge case on her hands. I politely informed her that our firm does not handle constructive discharge cases. This is when she got upset and combative. She hung up on me. Then, she proceeded to call back and badger me because I informed her that we could not help her with her case. I believe that she was under the impression that since she was a legal shield member that I was obligated to take her case. I explained to her that I was not obligated to take her case just because she was a legal shield member. I do want to thank her for her service because she is a veteran. Good luck to you ma'am.

Former Client

This attorney is a true scam. The other reviews are not legitimate. I hired him to represent me and he ran off with the retainer I paid him because of a dispute over a deposition. He should not be trusted.

I've had several issues with this former client. He filed a grievance with the State Bar of Texas against me, which was completely dismissed. He has also filed a small claims case against me which will be dismissed and I will be able to file to recover my costs from him because the lawsuit is a nuisance and a waste of time. After I explained to him that a deposition was not appropriate in his criminal case, he would not believe me and kept insisting on taking the complaining witnesses's deposition. The Judge also explained to him that a deposition would not be possible in his case. This client continually would not let me do my job. He actually has a current balance with me for all the work I put into his case. I will seek to recover that balance in my counterclaim in the unnecessary lawsuit he filed against me. I will update this response after his lawsuit against me is complete.

Got my Juveniles Case Dismissed

Attorney Leeds was very professional. I was referred to him by a friend of the family and he took my sons case and fought hard and got it thrown out. In my mind i wanted to avoid juvenile detention for my son because as we all know children make poor choices and mistakes from time to time, so I was... hoping for a plea of probation but Attorney Leeds exceeded my expectations and got my child's case thrown out. I could never thank him enough
