Nina provides educational information for individuals, families, and businesses through her pslegalgroup social media channels in the form of 1) educational videos; 2) written posts with audio included; 3) regular written posts; 4) speaking engagements; and 5) newsletters.

Nina loves teaching and explaining information, and realized that she can be more helpful to a lot more people more efficiently by providing education online as well as offline and in-person.

PS Legal Group was started by Attorney Penina ("Nina") Sendawula Guardiola ("Nina" or "Attorney Nina").

Nina developed her love for Writing at age 7 as a short-story adventure fiction writer in New York. ​​Beginning at age 17 and through college, Nina studied child development, child advocacy and early education. She worked in daycares and schools as a tutor, assistant teacher, co-teacher, teacher, and after school instructor in the areas of reading, writing, and mathematics.​

While still in college, Nina also studied Cultural Anthropology, in which she focused on different cultures and ethnicities, and international relations, interactions, and communications within different societies. Nina also had begun volunteering with a nonprofit organization in Dallas committed to providing resources for men, women and children who suffered from domestic violence and sexual abuse.

​As a law student, Nina began her career by volunteering with the Innocence Project and focused on wrongful criminal convictions and actual innocence claims. Nina also volunteered with a Human Trafficking Project which focused on fighting the sex trafficking of men, women, and children. Nina also worked as judicial law intern for the Northern District Court in Dallas, Texas.

​After becoming a Texas lawyer, Nina continued volunteering by providing free legal services to poor and low-income families in Collin County through Legal Aid of Northwest Texas and in Dallas County through the Dallas Volunteer Attorney's Program.

Attorney Nina went on to develop her career working for mid-size law firms and boutique law firms, and companies in different roles as legal counsel and as a contractor from entry through supervisory levels.
