I have represented the following banks (typically as administrative agent) in billions of dollars in oil and gas loan transactions: Bank of America, JPMorgan, Bank of Montreal, Royal Bank of Scotland, Royal Bank of Canada, Toronto Dominion, Mizuho Bank, Deutsche Bank, IberiaBank, BB&T and RegionsBank, among others. I also represent borrowers who borrow from such banks and their bank groups.

I represent lenders, issuers, borrowers, sponsors and purchasers and various public and private companies in over $20 billion of banking, finance and corporate transactions, including: project finance; oil, gas and energy lending; first-lien/second-lien financing; asset-based lending; acquisition finance; general secured and unsecured lending; structured finance; UCC, collateral and opinion matters; loan and credit restructuring; reorganizations and workouts; leasing.

I represent corporations in general corporate, formation, contract, real estate, intellectual property, distributorship and litigation matters, with an emphasis on Asian owned businesses.
