Biography
Attorney Derek Fadner is a former member of the United States Marine Corps and is now a dedicated personal injury lawyer in Houston, TX. After four years of military service, Mr. Fadner transitioned back to civilian life and pursued a legal education at South Texas College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Fadner participated in the school’s nationally ranked trial advocacy program and competed in a number of national moot court competitions. He has received a number of awards as a brief writer and advocate, including the Dean T. Gerald Treece “Heart of the South Texas Advocate Award” for being a shining example of the dedication and spirit of the South Texas Trial Advocacy Program. Outside of the firm, Mr. Fadner enjoys spending time with his family.
