I found David through a friend as I was fairly new to Houston. David helped me with my case and immediately helped me feel at ease with my case. He was very communicative with my case and laid out many alternatives on how we could approach it. We decided together with the best course of action and it... could not have turned out any better! He helped me feel confident in the outcome and I could not be more satisfied, David is a professional in the industry and I will be recommending him to anyone in need of a criminal defense lawyer in the future.

This is a late review but here goes. I called the lawyer based on the reviews, great personality. He made sure to not get me jail time based on my case so I settled for probation but did what a ordinary court appointed lawyer could of done. Now for the bad, OMG! there was no way to get ahold of him! ...Had to call him everyday. Eventually I caught on that he gets back within 4-7 days. Before you hire this lawyer or any other, remember that if he lies to you about getting your case dismissed or doesn’t respond to your concerns you CAN file malpractice. I give him 2 stars based on his personality and not going to jail and the other Zeros based on a few lies and lack of communication.

David changed my life. I am a working limo driver that had his driving privileges taken away for speeding. The judge never wanted to see me driving again in Texas and suspended me until further notice. Anyone can just imagine how hard it was to not only lose your job, but then not even being capable ...of getting my own groceries without someone assisting me. I was considering moving to another country until this whole thing passes by because I was starting to live off of my savings and eventually that was going to run out as well! But I looked around for some very good lawyers ,because it didn't look like Kubosh Law Office had any ideal of how detrimental this misdemeanor case was to me, and I found David. Within 2 weeks of hire I had my license back in my hands. I do not know anyone with this kind of work ethic, if you are needing someone to change your life from a level 1 to level 10, David will do that for you, trust me you will not regret it. I was considering leaving the country because of my circumstances and David changed my whole life within 2 weeks. There's not even enough words to display my gratefulness to this lawyer. Thank you.

Where do I begin? Words itself cannot express enough the type of lawyer/person David Lee is! David has saved my life and for that my family is forever grateful. He goes beyond the definition of a lawyer and is honest with you and gives his 200%. In my situation, David told me his first thing would be... to get my case dismissed, but, of course “No promises and would try his very best”. Long story short, after only four months of my case going on David called me up and told me, “Your case is dismissed, now go hug your family!” If anything were to ever happen to me again, David would be the first person I called. I highly recommend David first hand to represent you if you are looking for the best of the best criminal lawyer. He goes above and beyond and most importantly he knows his stuff! So if you are reading my review, hiring David is worth every penny, don’t try to hire someone else, because it was little cheaper. Like the saying goes, you get what you pay for!
