Sentenced to 6 years deferred probation a few years back. The whole time all I could think about was early terminating. After being quoted all types of ridiculous ​prices by other lawyers I got hopeless for a while. I had to remind myself that all I needed was a motion submitted , It​ wasn't like thi...s was a whole new case. So I gave it another try and searched around and that's when I ran across David. Can you say "BLESSING" !!! Not only was his price VERY reasonable but he was ready to get started the next day. Not to mention that my case was in a different county from where I live. He even offered to submit the motion again in a few months for FREE if the court denied it. How cool right? Here's the twist... 4 days before my court hearing to determine if I would remain on probation or be terminated from it; they wanted me to give a urine sample. I guess you could say I celebrated a little early with the thought of being felony free again. I went in and attempted to manipulate my drug test by bringing in different urine and getting busted with it by the head probation supervisor! (THIS MEANS AN AUTOMATIC PROBATION VIOLATION WITH A WARRANT TO ARREST YOU)...I know, I know I'm an idiot. I called David and after him calming me down he assured me he would work it out the best he could and to just let him handle it. 4 days later he called me while at court and told me my case was over and I was successfully terminated from probation. Still can't believe it.. sentenced to 6yrs and completed in 4. This guy is definitely worth it. Highly recommended​. Thanks David

Here I was facing a felony charge and with just two days before my court date, I was in the room looking for an affordable attorney that could get the job done. I hired Attorney David to get a notice of non disclosure for an old case. I seen David in the hallway at one of my court dates. He was talking to another client and I overheard the conversation. David had just gotten this guy's case dismissed. Although, I don't know the details of the dudes case. He seemed very pleased and in dept to David. I had been on my case going on 8... mo. By this time and my case was getting nowhere with the lawyer I hired. The DA was trying to give me 7 years on what I considered to be bs case, (Tampering with evidence) but the DA wasn't backing down the lawyer I had was getting no respect fire him and hire David; partly because his other client seemed really satisfied, but also because of his whole demeanor. The man walks tall and carries himself like a true boss. He genuinely comes off as a no-nonsense lawyer and the DA respectd his mind because he also backs it up. It's not all about the money for David; he just likes doing his job and likes to WIN. Ultimately that's what he done for me I won my case. He got it dismissed. Anyway I'm a leave it at this if anyone out there needs some real legal representation this is the guy. He's gonna give it to you straight up and hold it down!
