Daniel Dale Droog

Daniel Droog is consistently named a Rising Star by Texas Monthly and recognized as one of the top attorneys under 40 in Texas.  Focusing on international and domestic arbitration, civil and commercial litigation, and construction matters, Daniel’s purpose is to expeditiously and successfully resolve matters so that his clients can concentrate on their core missions, and not on disputes or legal bills. In addition to litigating matters for his clients, Daniel’s goal is to provide invaluable counsel by thinking beyond the law, utilizing risk analysis and project management techniques and his own experience in both the legal and construction industries.

Prior to attending law school, Daniel was a plant administrator, handling staffing, production, and materials issues for a building components manufacturer.  Before joining Shipley Snell Montgomery, Daniel practiced in the Houston office of Baker Botts L.L.P.  In addition to receiving his law degree with honors and serving as the law review editor-in-chief, Daniel has a post-graduate certification in International Commercial Arbitration.
