I wish I had read the reviews here before I hired this guy, they are pretty much spot on. My first clue should have been that he works out of his house! Sloppy and completely unprofessional, lost some of my paperwork and swore up and down I had never given it to him until it "just turned up" three ...days after our hearing. When judge was asking about paperwork that hadn't been filed, he shrugs and says that My client did not provide me with that your honor! When your lawyer lies to the judge about his own client to cover his own butt, something is very very wrong. Looking into filing a complaint.

Totally screwed me. I brought up a point in my separation agreement with my wife, he at first had no idea what I was talking about and then finally said it wasn't important. My ex's lawyer thought it was important and so did the judge! Was too busy asking me for more money to be bothered with my c...ase. If I could give less than one star as a rating for this man, I would. Don't hire him unless you want to lose.

This man should be disbarred and banned from practice! Constantly misplaced documents, would not communicate with me until the day before court dates, showed up to court looking as if he had slept in his suit and not bothered to bathe, acted in court like he'd just read my file five minutes before s...howing up! If you hire this man, you're throwing your case and your money away!

he never returned my calls would call me a day before my court date or would never tell me about the court dates and then tell me we are in trouble didnt tell me about discovery my ex husband had filed and didnt tell me i could file discovery on my ex just kept saying he needed money and never did an...ything fired him got my own atty and he told my new atty i just didnt show up to my temp orders hearing he is horrible i would NEVER recommend this atty to a dog!!!!

Should have been a simple divorce, I ended up with no money, no kids, living in a cheap apartment. Unorganized and unprofessional, the judge chewed ME a new one for his sloppiness. My next attorney is where i heard of DWB's reputation in Houston legal circles. I would file a complaint except I don...'t want to waste more time and money on him.
