She had five months to modify child support and get a hearing on enforcement and did neither. I had five court dates that were delayed or dismissed because she either did not follow proper procedures or didn’t do the necessary work to be prepared. When I started questioning ad asking for documents of... what was being done, she accused me of being abusive and withdrew as my lawyer right before important court dates.

I used this person for my divorce and she did a horrible job with the paperwork it was half done and incorrect. I tried to get my court order that she prepared enforced by the judge and strange enough she was there with another client and she heard the judge tell me it was done wrong and she didn't s...ay a word she left me hanging with the mess she created so needless to say I hire another attorney to get it done right! I paid almost 6,000 for a simple divorce!

This woman has represented me twice. The first time was a few years back, a simple divorce. She got every penny she could get out of me. Then recently, I went back to her for a divorce from my current spouse and she was very unprofessional. She didn't answer any of my concerns, the only thing I was c...lear about was her fee schedule. She even told me she carries a fire arm for clients that get out of line. She was extremely late and I was very disappointed. Needless to say, I will seek representation from someone new.

Does not provide timely feedback, blamed her lack of attention to my case on "her illness", took $3k and I still have no results with my case, showed up to court late and dressed raggedy. Has a public reprimand from 2012 with the bar assoc. Just take a look. Cant lie about that Ms. Banieh, public inf...ormation. I still want my money back from this lawyer!
