This woman has represented me twice. The first time was a few years back, a simple divorce. She got every penny she could get out of me. Then recently, I went back to her for a divorce from my current spouse and she was very unprofessional. She didn't answer any of my concerns, the only thing I was c...lear about was her fee schedule. She even told me she carries a fire arm for clients that get out of line. She was extremely late and I was very disappointed. Needless to say, I will seek representation from someone new.

Does not provide timely feedback, blamed her lack of attention to my case on "her illness", took $3k and I still have no results with my case, showed up to court late and dressed raggedy. Has a public reprimand from 2012 with the bar assoc. Just take a look. Cant lie about that Ms. Banieh, public inf...ormation. I still want my money back from this lawyer!

There were a lot of mistakes this lawyer made. Unfortunately they were never fixed. I was patient with her, always paid her on time, and still she failed to do her job correctly. Almost all of my questions were left unanswered. She didn't respond to most of my emails or phone calls. Terrible at expla...ining things to her clients. After months of working with her, we still had issues that had to be solved. She said she was going to fix these problems. Instead she did nothing while I waited for months. All of a sudden I receive a text message from her telling me that she done with me. Very unprofessional. Kept me waiting for months with no explanation. Also this lawyer and her staff are quite rude. I understand being a lawyer isn't easy. But she got me nowhere. Now I'm stuck in an even bigger problem with more money issues. Waste of money and time.

She told me to pay her $3,000 up front to start my case because it needed to be rushed so I paid her because she gave me a great pitch about how she was so well known and so great at her job. And once I gave her my money she stopped contacting me and I finally got ahold of her and she blew me off and... said she need the other $3,000 to start the case. I told her that wasn't what we agreed on and she stopped contacting me and started having a bad attitude towards me. I guess her "Ghetto" side started coming out. She is not professional at all and not trustworthy whatsoever. I don't comment on sites much but this lady needs to be stopped she just wants your money and doesn't care about you or your case.
