City Councilman Corbett D. Parker has been an Associate attorney with the Houston, Texas law firm of Pagel, Davis & Hill (“PDH”), a Professional Corporation, since October 2007, and was a law clerk with the firm during the summer of 2004. His practice areas are primarily split between (i) facilitating small to mid-size mergers and acquisitions, and (ii) transactional work which consists of acting as assistant outside general counsel to a handful of companies (including the largest taxicab company in Texas), contract review and preparation, financial transactions, counseling on employment law matters, business formation advice, and corporate governance.
