Collin Arthur Evans

In December of 2017 I was arrested and charged with DWI. We (my wife and I) were given Collin’s name on recommendation from a professional acquaintance. We met with Collin, discussed the case, got to know each other a little, and decided to hire him as my legal counsel. He told me early on it would b...e a marathon, not a sprint. He was right! We went through multiple resets where I was required to appear in court. We went through multiple prosecutors who were rotated through my case. While all of this was going on, Collin also handled my ALR case with the state. Most impressively, he got the judge hearing my ALR case to dismiss the license revocation on what I believe to be a due process violation. That was a BIG win! Over a year and a half (approximately) after my arrest and my failing a blood alcohol test, Collin got my case dismissed. Are you kidding me!!! Unbelievable, absolutely incredible. I will be honest, I had doubts, I wanted to throw in the towel on more than one occasion. Collin just kept saying, “Please trust me, please let me do what you hired me to do...to look out for your best interests.” I know I wasn’t the best client. I did do some things to help myself and potentially help my case, but Collin is the star of the show. I know every case can’t turn out like mine did. But I know if we had not hired Collin to represent me, mine would not have ended the way it did - with a dismissal! Collin was professional, very personable, and very attentive to questions or concerns we had about the legal process. I could not recommend him more highly.

Mr. Collins was a really amazing lawyer. He always answered all my questions no matter what time I called. If he didn't get a chance to he would call me back within the day. What made me pick him was the fact that he stayed with me in a 30 minute phone call explaining the expungement process without ...pay. That to me showed me that he really cares about helping people and it's more than just a lawyer that's in it for the money.
