This woman received my case via transfer from another attorney who assured me she is "excellent". I have called and emailed this lady several times with no response. I have had my prior attorney contact her in an effort to make contact with me....nothing. Meanwhile, hearings are taking place and move...s throughout the system for my child with NO WORD FROM MY ATTORNEY!!!

I hired her to help change custody papers. She showed up to one court date for temp orders. To get her to do that took me calling every single day. Now it's time for final and I can't get a phone call, text, email.. from her. She is very nice and knows the court system but due to the lack of communi...cation. I will not referr her clients or use her again. Which is dad cause I really like her.

I hired Ms. Gucwa to work on a child support modification case. From the beginning there was no response to phone or email. She missed several court hearing appointments and neglected to tell me about them as well. The charged me hourly for work that didn't appear to be done. She seemed competent, bu...t the other issues make it impossible for me to recommend her or her office. I had to withdraw her from my case after almost a year of inactivity.
