Was not happy honestly. I had a clear case where I knew I was innocent and this jerk cop was wrong. And I wanted a good lawyer to help me win my case we'll. He failed to do that I wasn't happy with the end result still have a crminal record and served some time. All in all was a waste of my money. Se...rved time for something I didn't do which go figure texas justice for you. And will never get the so called great reputation I had before this arrest. Def wouldn't ever use this lawyer again. That's my option.

We are so pleased with the outcome of our case! We wanted dismissal from the start, but the DA was persistent in proceeding to Trial. Finally, on the day of Trial, due to Mr. Haggards unrelenting banter and discussions with the judge and with the DA, they were forced to dismiss. He knew just the ...words to say, and when to say them. I know this was also due in part to Mr. Haggard’s mention that if they proceeded, there would be an appeal. Thank you Carl Haggard!

Lawyer was able to have the case dismissed. I was speeding and was pulled over, turns out my insurance ran out. Officer asked if I had any weapons, let him know I had a firearm in the car. Thus I ended up with a near felony of "committing crimes while carrying a weapon". But Mr. Haggard took care of... everything at a reasonable rate, plus case was dismissed. These type of things are not worth taking a chance on by not having a lawyer.

Have to be honest. Through reading, all of the other review's, I was impressed at first. Which I agree, at first when reading them, I was happy to hired Mr. H, to handle my case which was at its base, my case which the state was arguing, was a fruitless accusations, which as we know the state is cor...rupt in terms of lying when it comes to prosecuting people for the most part. I wanted to tell my side of my story. When it came time to taking my case. At first, I Spoke several times to the assistant legal person who was nice, but she was not that great at gathering info nor assuring me my case is in process of of what stages it is in, for going in front of the prosecutor etc: which I wanted to be assured that the Attorney was working on it, (steps to ensure my peace of mind is in tact, just tried in a criminal matter is stressful enough). My case was very easy to beat in my option. Because, mainly I thought the states case was stupid, it had a multiple flawed fake accusations that went against reality so it seemed, like it was easy to say the lease to poke holes in the states lies of a case. End's up, I hired him. He show's up late, and is dressed well to go, but, I wanted an Attorney to represent me and able to show the court that I meant business and get the facts laid out to prove my case was right, according to the truth not a lie (like the state does all the time). Long story short, it wasn't a ideal outcome in which I was hoping for, I would just suggest if your reading this. Look at the merit's of your case and weight those against the greater possible outcome. Good luck, wasn't happy with the results and still to today, 1 year later not happy. Very average Lawyer to the lease.
