From the initial conversation, The firm was always a contender because of Benny and knowing his belief in Jesus Christ and his God fearing ways. I and my family were always felt comfortable, when conversating with anyone at the firm. My calls, emails, text were never gone unanswered. There were peo...ple on his team that supported us day and night with whatever we needed. The game plan was always made clear, The time line, the pros and cons, the good the bad and the possible ugly, were all made known to us. The amount of hours that were put into this case from every angle that they could come up with. The depositions that were taken. The evidence that was pulled from 1000's of pages of contracts that they combed thru. The amount of hours that Benny and his team put into this case was something to be praised for. There were times when I would get calls on the weekend asking for additional paperwork, comments, pictures, names anything that could be used to contribute to the case that they were putting together, and I would be like........ Can you take a break its Sunday!!! LOL. The other thing that I will rate with 5 Stars***** is the fact that they prepared to go to trial from day one. This was never looked at by Benny and the firm as a case that they just wanted to settle out of court. They prepared for a trial until 3 days before the trial date, which is when the opposing council finally came correct.. I would and have recommended Benny and the firm to anyone that ask my opinion.

He is been handling my case, pushing for 5 years. Before I hired him he said he would be ready for trial if we happened to not settle but he would make the case go fast. Well, he's been on the case for years and he just started working on it, but he always tells me he is ready for trial, which he isn...'t. I've talked to other attorneys about his behavior, and they have told me he is forcing me to take a settlement or to fire him so he can file a lean against my case so he would just get paid without working on it. He is very capable and knowledgeable, but he doesn't care about his clients one bit, but he will convince you otherwise. His firm is a wholesale business model; they take as many cases as they can and with the intention to settle them yes or yes once they take your case, it doesnt matter if you haven't recovered, if you are still struggling do to your injuries, all he will tell you, it's to take the settlement. He will not discuss your medical condition nor your struggles, he doesn't care. I stand by my words, since I've dealt with him personally as a client for years. He is a lot of bad things, to which I can't even mention and it's not even an insult, but this pages won't let you use adjectives to describe a person, because they won't post your review. You can't be specific, you have to be very generic. I've had to change my review 5 times and it just doesn't go through. Same thing in Google, they mostly keep good reviews and the bad ones are hidden or doesn't go through. So, whatever I'm saying here, multiply it by 4. Do not come here, he is the president of his firms and this is how he handles himself, imagine his employees. Also, I need a second back surgery and he won't provide an LOP unless I sign him a paper stating I will only do as he tells me to, a blank check, handing him authority over myself as his client. And he doesn't talk to me for months and blames me for it. They pay for their good reviews and report the bad ones so that Google hides them and with the very very strict Google rules and this page as well, they reject or hide 95% of bad reviews, leaving them with a really high good rating.
