Frightening. Afraid what would happen to me next. Walther lied so easily and showed NO Remorse or problems with lying. Told me upfront: "I don't care...I don't care" when I tried to tell him my version of the facts of the case. As case developed, Walther proved it...oddly he did seem to know about th...e DSM IV and a section of it that a young civil attorney would NOT usually be familiar with...antisocial personality disorder. I feared Walther thereafter and knew he would lie at will and I would never be able to anticipate what lie he would put forward, Walther put forward obviously Forged Documents to support his case: Although I challenged these he had no problem with using them in his next Emergency Motion for Summary Judgment. I tremble to anticipate what people who deal with him will experience. Is very intelligent and has normal appearance for white male of 35+ years, and very facile verbally. Be aware of all this and prepare for what I have told you here. I do not care if he sues me as he knows all this is true - and he is NOT afraid of being confronted with these facts! Has NO FEAR OF DISCOVERY as he must be useful to SHOOK HARDY and BACON, his current employers.
