I found out about Angelina when I was looking for a child support lawyer. She was recommended by a man who was getting sued for child support by his wife and Angelina was her attorney. He said he and his lawyer could not believe her knowledge and expertise in the court room. My son was 1 year when I... met Angelina I had a job but not a lot of money. She took my case anyway and worked with me on the payments, so its defiantly not about the money for her even recently. My first impression of Angelina in court, is she new the law based on your case because she had her law books reading the Judge the LAW, then I knew I was safe with her. Several times my sons father tried to sue me regarding child support issues, before and after our son who's 23 was grown, and she has handle my cases with every inch of her time and knowledge for the last 22 years and May 2016 was my last and final day of ever having to go back to court since Angelina presented my case before the Judge and it was finalize "with prejudice". I'm so grateful that I will never have to go back to court on that case. However, with Angelina you have to do your part for your case to be successful. She request information that is sometimes difficult to get. For example, witness, documents, statements and meeting with her as she requested, but you have to make an effort if you want her to present your case with all her might, which she did for me. Also, for the last 20 years I have recommended Angelina to at least 10 clients and some have recently been repeat clients that have been satisfied with her services. Deep inside, Angelina is a great person and her skills as a Family Lawyer is unmatched!!

Mrs. Goodden did an excellent job representing us. She was very accessable, cooperative and informative throughout the whole case which lasted a year. Very thorough and dedicated to suceeding. At no point did I feel out the loop. Though respectful of the opposing attorney. She never allowed any obsta...cles seen or unseen to blind side us. Interacted with witnesses professionally and timely. Her fees are also respectable, considering the great job she does. Would definitely recommend her services.

Angelina , was very knowledgeable about the laws concerning my case. She was fair, and honest with her fees.Angelina came well prepared for court,even though she had other cases right after mine and was eager to make sure I understood what I was facing through the whole process. I appreciated the fa...ct that she was aggressive in court and could not be run over by the opposing attorney. The legal process is already stressful, so it pays to have good representation.I would hire her again, no question!

I was thoroughly disappointed with Angelina Gooden. I would never recommend her to anyone. She was rude and condescending to me. Child custody is an emotional battle and she fought for my ex helped his lawyer drag our case on for 10 months. Angelina submitted unfinished paperwork that i am now bound ...to. She ignored my pleads for the mandatory use of the court's online communication. When my money began to run dry Angelina pushed to end without a proper resolution. Everything i asked she denied. My ex got everything. Now i am dealing with a man who returns his son to an unattended car and drives off. Angelina has forced me to retain the services of a new attorney who will modify the order as i have begged. After speaking with 5 all saying she screwed me..i am happy to move on and sever ties with her forever. Dont waste your money with a cash focused attorney. Seek a results focused attorney...shop around. Truly disappointed

I would never recommend Angelina Gooden to anyone ever! She was assigned to my child custody case and she is very inconsiderate! She has been on this case for several months and have only contacted my children in this case one time until one week before court then just makes a phone call to them. I t...hink if an amicus is appointed to children and basically has the say to where the children should be placed they should at least keep in contact with them I'd say once a week or heck even once a month! She's one sided it appears to be. She was paid $2,000.00 to maintain contact with my children which she has not done. We actually went to trial and have to go back and after leaving the trail she had contacted my children and told them things that did and did not go on in the court room which was against court laws, and therefore upsetting my children to where one of my daughters actually hung up on me. There over 1,000 miles away so I can't just go around the corner and comfort them. She kept to the other party in the case laughing and carrying on with them which is unprofessional and unlawful. It's sad to see my children be ripped apart when this woman has no idea what I've been though and have raised my children 98% of there lives without the other party. My children are hurt as well am I by this woman, what gives her the right when she knows nothing at all of what's really been going on. She even asked me why did I have another child with this person after knowing his wrongful doings, I was a teen. So please don't ever hire this lawyer for the safety of your children.
