This man’s wife charged me $400 for a consultation f

This man’s wife Tracey charged me a consultation fee at the time I was setting up an appointment for $400, then I was never able to get a hold of them after that to cancel this appointment. I started trying to cancel at least five days prior.. So I disputed it on my card and would you believe they s...till are saying they think that charge is justified? I’ve never even met these people and I talk to her one time.? so be very, very careful letting them handle on a probate or estate matter..

Mr. Noelke helped me with a landlord matter. He was very professional and we liked his wife, Tracey also. She always called us back promptly.

Hal Noelke is an example of a truly honest attorney. In fact, after he completed all work on my case, his wife actually sent me a refund for the $300 left in my account. Not many attorneys are so honest. My husband and I can’t say enough wonderful things about him!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
