Mr. Simons was nice and didn't talk down to me or my family. I knew I could trust him to tell me what was going on with my case, be honest about what might happen and give me real answers to my questions. He didn't sugarcoat things and didn't treat me like I was a bad person. He cared about me and my... family and what we were dealing with. He helped me a lot and did a great job.

When you're dealing with a substance abuse problem, as well as a legal issue, it can be difficult to fin...d a happy solution for both sides. You have committed a crime, and the law of the land demands a certain amount of punishment. Mr. Simons fought for the best plea that would appease not only the court but my personal situation. He really does care about your growth during and after the process, which is not something that you can find very often within 'state-funded' entities. Definitely worth a consult, at the very least. In my opinion, if you're dealing with any kind of criminal charge- especially a charge dealing with ANY substance- he's the best representation available. Also, because he has spent a substantial amount of time within Tom Green County he is well-connected which, let's be honest, is always a plus when you're dealing with a criminal charge.
