Replied last July 25, 2017I know that not everyone can be pleased, but this defendant was able to plea to the absolute minimum on this charge because I worked out a very good deal for him. The one that surprised me, the one for which the writer says I said I would not have advised him to take ... This is a misunderstanding because not only did I advise him to take it but I did so because I was able to work out a deal that got him out of jail that day and into a rehabilitation program.
