Taylor is absolutely amazing!!! After going through several for a situation she was the only one that jumped on my case and figured out what was going on! She stayed in constant communication and event dealt with me calling her probably way to much to touch base! She was always able to put me at ea...se and re assure me the world wasn’t going to end. Even after everything got finalized she continued to check in after! I would recommend her to anyone looking for an attorney that will treat you like a person and seem to actually care and just not settle! I’m so thankful for everything she did and continued to do…life happens and mistakes happens - but you need an attorney that will go to bat for you!

I do not recommend Lighthouse Legal, especially attorney Taylor Haeuser. My case was switched to her without notice after I had started with a different attorney, which felt unprofessional. Communication and preparation were poor, and I felt my concerns and evidence were ignored. After the case ende...d, I received documents with repeated errors and even a phishing email that appeared to come from the firm's address. When I asked about it, I was told they had been hacked, but I was never notified or informed about what information might have been compromised. If you're considering this firm, look elsewhere. Being represented by them was one of the worst experiences of my life, a costly mistake with a lasting impact.
