Was extremely crucial to my case

I met Kristen because the attorney I had originally hired ended up passing my case off onto her. Although it was pitched to me as having "2 attorneys for the price of one," Kristen ended up essentially handling every aspect of my case herself, and I am truly so very appreciative for what she was able... to help me accomplish. I was arrested for a 1st-time DWI offense in McLennan County, Texas. After reviewing the evidence of my case, we determined my best route was to try to apply to the Pre-Trial Intervention program (PTIP). Kristen worked with me to help fine-tune my entry letter, as well as helped me determine the best people in my life that I should reach out to to ask if they'd write a character reference letter on my behalf. I ended up getting accepted into the program, and Kristen was by my side at the court house walking me through the registration process. She answered all my questions and helped me understand every fine detail of how PTIP works and what is expected. On one occasion, I was on a business trip, but ended up being scheduled to take a random UA (urinary analysis). I was not able to take the UA due to the time constraints of my work trip, along with the fact that I was out-of-state, so Kristen advised me on the proper steps I should take in explaining the circumstances to the court. Thankfully, with Kristen's counsel, I was able to get through that situation. On another occasion, there was an unfortunate incident where I technically violated an aspect of PTIP. It was a giant misunderstanding, and Kristen was so very helpful and reassuring in helping me to properly explain to the court the circumstances of the incident. Again, with her counsel, I was able to get through the situation, and am proud to say that I successfully completed the program in 15 months (which was actually 3 months early, as I had to relocate for work, and it was originally supposed to be an 18 month program). In the end, Kristen's involvement in my case proved to be absolutely crucial. I knew I could rely on her at every step, and that she was always a phone call or text away if I ever had any questions. She was always accessible, had a great attitude, and consistently provided me with sound, common sense advice. It's very clear she knows the law inside and out, and is very passionate about what she does. I would absolutely highly recommend Kristen Parker for those who are looking for DWI defense, and I have no doubt her areas of expertise are far wider than just DWI's. I can't thank her enough for her kindness and professionalism.
