When my attorney of 35 years retired I naively had no idea what incompetence looked like. Mr Tetens did not correctly draw up my simple will. When I returned to have the corrections he failed to have all the necessary signatures. He had his partner follow up as he was out of town. However she also co...uld not get it correct. Tetons never returned my calls to address my concerns. I can’t imagine what would happen if I had needed anything more than a very uncomplicated will. It was a most unpleasant ordeal for a minor request.

The worst attorney ever. I cannot believe I paid for this man to represent me. He never answered or returned my phone calls. He lied and told me I wouldn't receive time in jail on my case. I spent 6 months in prison. This man did nothing but lie to me and neglect my case. I've had better court appoin...ted attorneys!

he was a great lawyer his communication gap was there I gave it an average 3 stars the rest of it was pretty good 5 he drugged out this charge almost a year and a half to get 6 months that I'm fixing to sign for January 26th 2015 assigned for 6 months and they get to slap the bracelet on me which is ...the time I wanted to go down for a would have loved to seen 3months state jail but I was not taking it to trial overall I rated him a 5 star his secretary Michelle was the one I kept in the loop with for those that are having problems communicating with him get a hold of Michelle that is his office secretary Michelle do not have a last name but have a first name she will keep you in the loop of everything that you need to know she's a sweetheart josh tetens was not a very communicative person but still very effective and if you have a case and he can get you out of it he will if not he will do the best he can because he still gets paid he gets paid twice as much as he wins he only gets paid half the amount if he looses
