I had a horrible experience with Carmen Smith. Never returned phone calls, emails or anything for that matter. Went to court to find out a class needed to be taken ( that I was unaware of ) She was my attorney for almost 1 year! Divorce decree was wrong by a year and we had to file a "nunc pro tunc" to get it straightned out. ( So, from the AG standpoint, it looks as if I have back child support that needs to be paid) ;/ If you have never dealt with the AG consider yourself lucky!!! It took almost 3 years for the AG to finally understand that I am not behind. I would advise to spend your money elsewhere. I wish someone would have given me that advice years ago.
Shannon Brandt, Tax Attorney
Carmen is an excellent attorney who strives to do her best for her clients. She works to get to the bottom of each case to ensure the best possible result. She cares deeply for her client's well-being and goes above and beyond the call to assist them in areas beyond just their legal issues.
