Wonderful Person!
She was very thorough, understanding, and put us all at ease. We had her personal cell/email if we had any questions and could expect a well researched response with the hour. After the adoption was finalized, she had ballons, cupcakes, and a "Gotcha Day" present! Will be recommending her!
