About me

Jeffrey Armstrong has a broad practice that includes business organizations, business litigation, probate litigation, and family law. As both a certified public accountant and an attorney, he is uniquely qualified to advise his clients on both transactions as well as litigation. His practice is usually evenly split between probate/probate litigation, family law, and business law. Mr. Armstrong is able to counsel his clients on the vast majority of issues they face, whether it involves appearing at the courthouse, negotiating a beneficial contract or settlement, or on the legal and tax consequences of potential business decisions.

Prior to beginning his law career, Mr. Armstrong was employed as a certified public accountant by Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLP. Mr. Armstrong has served as an adjunct professor at Baylor University School of Law at different times. Mr. Armstrong became a partner with Naman Howell Smith & Lee, PLLC in 2009.
