Dawn Melissa Uballe

When Dawn took me as a client our mission was crystal clear and we both believed in my case, a few months later she had mentioned she met some other attorneys and was going to start a practice with them. Our communications became less and less, as now when I reached out to her it would take her weeks... to respond, if at all. Eventually she stated that she wanted a class action lawsuit, whereas before we agreed my case would set a precedent for others to follow. She wanted me to find other litigants for her (I'm assuming her new partners tried to push for class action, more money in it for the firm) So basically I was cast aside told to "F Off" literally, and that was the end of that. Originally I thought about filing a complaint with the State Bar Association. Dawn is an unseasoned, unprofessional, attorney with no track record, and I'm sure she prefers others do the heavy lifting. She has no confidence in her own abilities.
