I have never.......

I have been inside a law firm for majority of my life. My father was a divorce attorney and my brother is a criminal attorney. I have NEVER ever dealt with anyone as unprofessional as this law firm. For starters I have personally seen her firm double bill I sat right next to her assistant while a...t a gun appraisal for my divorce into which they were billing me hourly and she was billing other clients as well. I am highly considering taking this up with the State Bar of Texas. I was actually appalled! Michelle/Kay continued to asked me the same question over and over again and then billed me for each time she asked me for it. Michelle also sent me a email requesting if I would allow my CPA to give information to the other party? To take that a step further the email included my CPA and the other parties attorney. You can’t make this up! Even though she had my case for almost three years she had no real knowledge of my case. The mediation spreadsheet was not even completed as we went into mediation. They were scrambling to get it fixed during the mediation. In fact she did not even fully do the his and hers side she tried to clump numbers together. While I realize I am just another client in her practice I am a person and she was drastically playing games with my life. She just moves clients thru her office somewhat of a paper pusher. I am now 15,000.00 in this almost three years later and all I have to show for that money is 3 hours of mediation, one asset spreadsheet, one appraisal (I paid separately)and discovery from over 2 years ago. I actually got more emails the last two weeks when I asked her to file a motion of withdrawal with the court. All I can say is pay attention!

If you want something done, hire her!

After dealing with another for 6 months and being nowhere near a court date in an uncontested succession case, Michelle Lehmkuhl took my case when others would not, and in 6 WEEKS we had a court date. She and Kay, office manager, are knowlegable, professional, and oh so appreciated-communicative.... You need something done, hire Michelle Lehmkuhl and Kay. Thank you both!
