Thomas Young is an attorney mostly serving Central Texas but available statewide. Thomas Young started at the age of 11 working construction, concrete and roofing, until he was age 14. At 14 years of age he had a crew that worked under him in roofing and at age 15 began working masonry with his father. After working masonry for a few months he was placed as the supervisor of the laborer crew until he was 17 years old. At 17, he joined the United States Army. In the Army, Thomas Young was a Cavalry Scout, was promoted to Staff Sergeant, deployed twice to Iraq, and was the ground team leader; the small kill team leader; and his platoon captured 5 high value targets in the Mosul, Jisr Diyala, and Tuwaitha areas.
After the military Thomas Young became a police officer at the Killeen Police Department where he was always placed in the most crime ridden areas. He worked hard, learned the law, and gained the respect of not only his fellow police officers but also those he arrested. He worked at the Killeen Police Department a little over 5 years before going to law school.
Although, Thomas Young stopped attending public school in sixth grade, he earned his GED at the age of 15, received a bachelor's in political science while being a police officer with 3 children, and then attended and passed close to the top of his class in Law School with 4 children from Liberty University School of Law. Thomas Young credits all of his knowledge, experience, and drive to the grace of Jesus the Christ and God.
There may be other attorneys, but none of them have the life experience, training, fortitude, ethics, and drive like Thomas Young.
