Disgusting person
If you are a person of color, do not waste your time. Not only will he not even listen to your case, he will refuse to take your case, insult you, and just refer you to an attorney who isn't white.

Rude, not helpful
Didn’t even take the chance to listen to my case or anything I had to say. Instead, decided to turn me away as if he has better things to do with his day.
