Kallee Elizabeth Congdon

I was pulled over late at night outside of Belton for swerving. I was on my way home to Gatesville, coming from dropping a friend off in Austin. I informed the officers I was extremely tired and was looking for a place to pull over to sleep. They administered a field sobriety test, even though I told... them I doubted I could perform the tasks due to the fact that I have chronic back and leg pain and am severely over weight. They still made me go through with them, and I was arrested and charged with DUI. I consulted Mary Beth Harrell's law office about my case and as soon as I spoke with Kallee, I already felt at ease. I knew I was making the right choice by hiring them to handle my case. Throughout the next several months Ms. Congdon kept me up to date and informed. Eventually, we were offered a plea-deal of probation and a lesser charge of Reckless Driving. I was fine with the charge, as I was driving, admittedly, recklessly. I was not ok with probation, though. Kallee was able to work out a deal that was to my liking, with and even lesser charge and no convictions, no probation fees, no reporting to a probation officer, etc. It felt good to be able to live my life again without that dark cloud lingering over me and that weight on my shoulders. I would recommend Kallee to anyone charged with DUI/DWI.
