Ms. Gustafson is one of the best family lawyers I have come across. She is caring and wants the best for her clients. She ensure to build a rapport making sure that you know that you’re just as important as the next client that walks through her door. I was in a bad place financially and her office w...orked with me so that I could fight for my children. If you want an attorney that cares for you and is genuinely concerned with helping your family this is the law firm to look to.

If you want to do ALL the work, keep calling and calling to have no calls returned, and then have an attorney that not only doesn't know your case, but won't talk to you until you pay something. A "SLAM DUNK" divorce, turned into "ridiculous case" that had NO DISCOVERY, NO accounting of assets and d...ebts, and NO responses to any requests!!! My husband didn't pay spousal support and she couldn't even pick up the phone to call HIS attorney??? Over $6000.00 so far and no results, in fact, the agreement my husband And u had worked out between us was changed by JANNA, making me have to pay more of the bills. She was out of the office the FULL WEEK before my case and my folder was on HER DESK the Friday before court. She was on instead of working on my case. She has extreme migraine headaches and not only does SHE suffer, her clients do too. I had to hire a SECOND attorney to start ALL OVER again as she didn't even start my case correctly!!!! STAY CLEAR!!! I am filing a complaint with the Texas Law Board and suggest that others that have had problems with her, DO THE SAME!! She gives lawyers a HORRIBLE name!!!

I have worked with Janna for some very important legal matters over the last year. She is unreliable and unprofessinal. She never started my issue. I had to hire another atty to complete my requests. The new atty took less then a month where Janna has been over 6 months and she is always looking for ...some type of payment. My new atty is now having to deal with her to get my money back. She never returns calls and never in the office. I would not work with her or suggest her services. stay away from this poor poor atty.
