Scott Henry Wilkerson

We hired Scott for a custody battle. We were going through an emotional time in are youthful ignorance. Every day of court Scott would tell the Judge that we would need to confer with the other party and then disappear to another case, charging us 8 hours for the day as well as charging the members... of the other case he was working with. Looking through the paperwork, it stated in the fine print that this was a possibility but 6 times was rediculous. He charged over $20 for emails and short phone calls, not only to him but his office assistant. He charged a quite a bit of money for the time it took to type a billing statement for what we owed. He did not sit with us and prepare us for court and all the evidence against our opposition, we had to come up with. We lost our case and owed Scott $12000. That is alot of money, especially for junior enlisted military.
