Kurt William Glass

retained Mr. Kurt Glass in connection with a sensitive probate and family property matter involving the estate of my late grandmother. During our meeting, I attempted to ask questions regarding the status of the case, the opposing party, and what to expect procedurally moving forward. Unfortunately,... the interaction quickly became hostile and deeply unprofessional. Rather than answering reasonable client questions, Mr. Glass became visibly irritated, raised his voice, and spoke to me in a patronizing and dismissive manner. At one point, he referred to me as “young lady” while telling me I did not have the right to question him about the case. When I expressed discomfort with his tone, he escalated further, stating that he would “yell at whoever he wants” and “speak to whoever however he wants.” As a client seeking legal guidance during an already emotionally difficult probate dispute, I found this behavior inappropriate, intimidating, and completely unacceptable. Clients deserve to be treated with professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy when asking questions about their own legal matters. I cannot recommend this attorney based on my experience.

Became my court appointed lawyer back in 2022. He refused to be proactive on my behalf once the spark was light to battle my child support case. He is too busy kissing the court's butt than looking out for his clients. I called him for the last time and told him that he was fired.... do you know he c...alled me back immediately, cursing me out, power tripping, the whole nine! I could never get ahold of him on the phone until it was at his convenience.... once. 2 years later, 2024 I go back to court and once he hears my ex wife's accusations, (no evidence to prove her claim, which was cleared in a different court) he commences to call me a criminal and did not want to hear anything that I had to say to him. There needs to be a watchdog organization on lawyers... I'm sure he would be at the top of the list. I will never have someone work for me that against me from jump. I respect all professionals on every level, but this guy, he does not deserve any stars.

Luego de haber pagado 2,500 por solo UNA vista, ya que mi ofensa era una muy menor. Apenas atendió mis llamadas, en la única visita que tuve con el abogado muy claramente me dijo que iba a defender mi caso para que no quedara nada que me afectara una vez se cerrara. El día de la vista con el juez, es...pere en una sala mas no tuve la oportunidad de entrar a juicio. El abogado Kurt Glass salió de la nada y solo me indicó que debía pagar una pequeña multa y que mi expediente criminal no se vería afectado. Pura MENTIRA, luego de haber solicitado en 2 trabajos, en ambos estoy en investigación por no haber marcado que tenia expediente criminal. Un abogado con MALA REPRESENTACION, no lo recomendaría para nada (y eso que mi caso fue uno muy menor).

He didn't give me a chance to talk hes disrespectful clearly power tripping. I sent him my proof of my innocent but he was more worried about how I emailed him telling him what kind of lawyer are you.. I been hearing bad things about him anyways.. as a innocent person he has no right talking to me th...at way I'm not suppose to be going though this anyways he made me feel guilty. treated me like a criminal

What others say about him in this post is similar to me and my families experience, the only time he ever called me in a three year case was when he wanted money. When trial came he was paid in full, and had obviously done zero research, follow up, or preparation to earn the $10,000 he had charged fo...r a misdemeanor 1st offense. He has poor court presence and apparently no courtroom experience. He actually tried to make it as if it was my fault that we lost. (even though I did EXACTLY everything he told me to do) The judge asked him THREE times if this was the route he wished to go down! Plead "No Contest" before hiring this attorney Do not be fooled fellow vets by that Army sign in front of his office.
