Jack F. Holmes

In 2013, I sought legal help from Jack Holmes for a case. I made it clear that, given my profession, I required the case to be expunged from my record, and he assured me he could do so. I covered his legal fees and all my court costs. However, I later discovered that the case was not handled as promi...sed. I reached out to him for additional support, but he was unavailable due to other commitments. It took a week of persistent calls before I was finally able to speak with him. His attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, treating me as if I was intruding. He claimed he had never handled a case for record expungement before and showed no interest in helping me with this issue. I would not recommend hiring this attorney.

I finally got around to read these and was scared to death. I had heard from other lawyers who told me not to read them because the ones who didn't get the result they wanted would lie and leave out facts that made a big difference in their case, like a confession. They never put anything that hurt ...our case in these to make it sound bad. One of the bad ones blew a .283 on the breath test then was mad that I didn't win. Funny because several jurors told me after the case that if they ever got into trouble they would hire me. That made me feel pretty good because I did the best I could. But such is life. One person who refused to put their name complained that I didn't even have an office. I know who he is anyway. Friends for years til now. Lol. I applied for some of those high paying jobs overseas to teach afghan atty's how to try cases and my lease on my office was up at the same time so I didn't sign a new five year lease with a good possibility that I would be overseas for two years and pay for an office that's empty. Well of course they cut the funding for those jobs and now I either had to find another office or work out of my home. I talked to some of the guys around here who were already working out of their home and they loved it. It saved about 50k and they could keep their fees down and met people at the courthouse where all the info on their case was anyway. Kind of made sense to me so I tried it and have been doing it for five years now and there are seven other local atty's doing it also. It's the coming thing and I think clients will love it. Who wants to pay for some fancy office furniture and wall hangings if you don't have to.. And with the age of communication like texting and emailing mostly after hours like I do, my clients LOVE not having to pay for an office. Anyway, I just wanted to take the opportunity to formally thank all those clients who wrote such nice things about us. In an age when people only communicate to complain about something it's really nice to hear so many people say "thanks" for helping. Just remember that just because a case doesn't go your way it doesn't mean the atty is bad. It just means the bad facts just couldn't be overcome in this very conservative law and order county. In closing, I swear I did not put that 1983 pic on my profile but when I find out......, until then you have my profound apologies. Lol. Everyone have a great year and be careful out there. If you need me for a criminal case call me, I'll do the best I can. If it's something I don't handle I will refer you to someone good and one that will not rip you off. Yes ive recommended jack holmes to several people that needed a lawyer.. Not only did jack come thru for me and my brother.. He came thru for several people i recommended to use him..They were very satisfied and comfortable with him..He even went out of hes way and took a few pics on a case needed do...ne.. He counseled my brother into the right direction after my brothers case was done. We always talked over the weekend when i needed to know a specific answer even once on a national holiday. I was surprised a lawyer would take so much time out of their hands to help me out. I definetely recommend jack to anybody and anyone that i know that needs a lawyer ill lead them right to jack because i see how much jack is willing to help and go out of hes way.. Very good man in and outside hes job. I hired him little over a year ago. and id use him again. Excellent lawyer Jack Holmes...
