Jack F. Holmes

In 2013, I sought legal help from Jack Holmes for a case. I made it clear that, given my profession, I required the case to be expunged from my record, and he assured me he could do so. I covered his legal fees and all my court costs. However, I later discovered that the case was not handled as promi...sed. I reached out to him for additional support, but he was unavailable due to other commitments. It took a week of persistent calls before I was finally able to speak with him. His attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, treating me as if I was intruding. He claimed he had never handled a case for record expungement before and showed no interest in helping me with this issue. I would not recommend hiring this attorney.

Jack Holmes has help me and talked to me on different things. As f now he is helping my Disablied Mom. She did something and now has to have a lawyer so we get Mr.Jack. In her case before anything was filed he got to work and talked with her and me (she said he could because I help he at home and she... is disablied ). The place that the issue happened at h had pictures taking of the area and looked over the place and had even call the head office and found out destrubing news about how they handle people in different areas and different case in their store. He has talked with her and informed her of things with he case as he did with me. I would really have others go to him . He talks with you and if need be up all hours of the night with you I know because he has been with my mom. So call him get him you would not be wrong in doing so.

I hired this Atty for a criminal case. He always seemed disinterested when I called regarding my case, he never called me to give me any updates. I always had to leave messages with a female and wait days before receiving any type of response, going to court was a joke, things that he advised me of t...hrough-out the months leading up to court all changed the day of court. I felt that instead of working for me, he was working against me, if I had one do-over, I would never had hired him and would never recommend him to anyone.

Does not prepare for his cases. Thinks he can win without any effort. Very likeable but that does not win cases. Find someone else. He does not even have an office. He is listed only as a PO Box in Temple as of 2011. It is pretty clear he has lost more than a few clients since he used to have a real... office. Too bad. I knew things were going downhill when his wife started answering the phone all the time in this run down building he was in on Midway Drive. That place was a dive. Save your time and money and get Corbin and Associates voted the best in Killeen/Temple area.
