Heath Allen and his wife Leah are awful! You won’t even get to talk to Heath hardly any. I hired him in January and maybe talked to him 45 minutes. His wife Leah may seem nice at first but don’t be fooled she doesn’t answer phone calls or messages after she will tell you that you can message her any ...time. I had several important questions I asked with no reply. I asked why she didn’t answer she told me it wasn’t time to answer a bunch of questions and she didn’t know the answer; I told her would had been nice if she would had let me know she didn’t know the answers when I asked but she tells me this week that she didn’t know. When I first hired him they didn’t talk to me for 2 or more weeks because they were “sick” . Then this week I had things due and no help or guidance, to find out they are out of state and did not tell me they wouldn’t be there for me to finish what I needed to do. I requested to speak to Heath on 3/06/2025 and it’s 3/12/2025 he still never called and then I just received a message from his brand new office secretary that he’s withdrawing from my case. Note to add my original lawyer went on maternity leave as to why I then hired Heath Allen but it was like hiring just his wife and secretary because you won’t get to talk to him. BEWARE!!!!

As an attorney, if you believe to be superior in your moral high ground, maybe you should let your client know BEFORE building them up and taking their hard earned money (over 7,000$), only to call less than 24 hours before court to let them know, if they wish to continue, they should find another la...wyer.

My son has been incarcerated for 5 months. Heath Allen was appointed for his lawyer. He has spoken to my son a total of 2 times. Otherwise he has done nothing. I have asked for him to call me numerous times to no avail. The office has even quit answering the phone when my son tries to call and he is ...paying for the call. It is not collect. I would not recommend this lawyer unless you are just wanting to sit in limbo.
