If I could give zero stars I would! I hired David to handle my divorce and I paid the full amount he quoted upfront. After a few months, with the divorce still not final, he emailed me to let me know that the fee had more than doubled. When I asked him how that could happen, he said it was an over...sight on his part and he should have brought it to my attention sooner. Which would have been the point where I took my business elsewhere, but I was not given that opportunity. Communication with David and his office is terrible. I would have to send multiple emails to ever get a response. Sometimes waiting weeks to hear back. in addition, every interaction I had with his paralegal was contentious. Most times I felt like their office was representing my ex-wife more than they were representing me. Not once did I feel like Dave, or any one his office, had my interests in mind. If you are looking for an attorney, please do yourself a favor and keep looking.
